Refund policy

We have a Lifetime Guarantee on our bracelets. If you have any issues relating to your bracelet, we'll issue a replacement free of charge. You will have to provide a picture of any issue in question to receive the replacement.

Sometimes packages can get lost or delivered to the wrong address due to mistakes by the courier. If this happens, please contact us and we'll issue a replacement free of charge.

You can cancel your order as long as the shipping label has not been printed. (Usually within 48 hours)
